Routine

 Hi there... 

I do have a routine that i always do every single day, not just brushing my theeth, its like a few things to improve yourself, to remind yourself to make you keep growing. I don't realize about that before, but now i just finished whatching a video of a guy talking about morning routine. He basicly talking about how we live our life, it so beautiful, to just accept. If things happend the way that we dont want it, or something bad happen anything outside of us, that we cannot change it, give ourself  5 minutes set an alarm, to dwell with it, to complain, cry, sad, moaning, anything, then when the alarm goes of, accept it, Because you can't change it the things that alreay happened. It is hard, sometime we just want to be with the feeling, blame the situation for whatever it is that we are facing, but in fact indeed we cannot change anything, even when we angry or desapointed, we resist everything we keep it in our heart, you know the only thing is hurting us is ourself. We dwell with our own feeling, nothing outside us have the power to make us feel bad, we are the one who is giving the power. So do the opposite, maybe we hope if we angry with people or we dont forgive them we want them to feel what we feel, no it can't, they are the one who is dealing with whatever it is the things that they did in the past. So our job is to heandle our own.

I know its kinda hard, me too. But we all can start if we want to change, because nothing will change if we don't change. Well thats wrong, things will change weathe we change or not. Its a matter of which way, the good change or the bad. We need to choose. And if something happend and we know we cannot change anything, accept it, even to the worst scenario, see it and accept it. Then see yourself in the best scenario, and focus on that one. So you accept even if the worst thing happen, but you are ready and look forward for best thing to happen too. So accept life before it happens he said.

The last one, is your routine. We need to become 10 level person to become 10 level success. So whatever we are, we always want to become better right. It so exciting when he shared the morning miracle that he did, i have a check list on that too, just i dont put any time limit specificly in the morning. I put a list that i have to to a fiew things a day, and it all in there. So there are 6 routine we ned to do, to make our lif better; Meditation, Affirmation, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, Journaling.  So do that and success is your default.
