Don't Believe Everything That We Think

 Hi There...

Happy monday... so happy cause i continuesly writing. Well i won't describe all my feeling so let's go to the subject. What do i mean by don't believe everything that we thinking and another part is we become what we thinking. That all so ture. The first part is we do become what we are thinking the most. So the major question is what we thinking the most? and if the answer we think all the negative, blame, victim, resentment and all, that is a pattern, and if we thinking all that most of the time that will become our character and become our future, and if we concious or aware nobody want to be that kind of person. So don't believe that, thats just our thinking. We can change our thinking, so we need to choose what we want to think.

The problem here is, how can i change my thinking, if you said nobody want to become a bad lack person, we are want to become joyful happy person. we just can't. Well is not we just can't, it is a habit way of thinking, we are so cought up with daily program that we do year after year, so we familiar with it, with all the stress anger negative thinking, and somehow now we bacame that kind of person. We loose the control of our mind. So our body do the thinking. Here is the part we call it habit, things we do without we have to think. So our outer world will devine weather we can feel happy or not. 

Then the next question is how can we change, if we can't control our own mind. The answer is from Dr. Joe Dispenza is by meditating. Its a way to remove ourself from outer world, we order our body to sit still even if its hard and my mind will go everywhere but we need to do it often enough and teaching our body to listen and just be present. And have a believe that if our mind can make us sick then our mind can make our body healthy. We need to make our new habit and way of thinking become our new self, and this is hard because our body and mind love old pattern, not getting use by change.So even tho its hard we need to keep doing it, by meditating we keep reminding our self that we have a new way of thinking. And by doing it often enough it will become us. 

So i know it is so short of explanation for such a big problem. So for my conclusion is our mind is so important, So if we do believe that we can become what we think about, so why spent a second thinking the things that we don't want. Let's not spent that second and only entertaint the things that we want to happen. Whatever it is will happen anyway so... You decide !
